My friends... Prayers please!

4 years ago, I had been diagnosed with an enlarged thyroid. Nodules were found, and biopsies done, along with other necessary testing - all was benign at that time.
I had an MRI don a week ago for recurring, unexplained neck pain. I have yet to see the neurosurgeon regarding this, but as an incidental finding, my primary care physician noted an enlarged thyroid, as well as a low thyroid response in my recent lab work. So, today I went for another ultrasound of it.
Having just completed surgey on both of my feet, I am NOT looking forward to the possibility of more surgery for a thyroid issue. If the nodules have become active, or more have shown up, there is a strong possibility I may need this.
Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers as I await the word determining what my next step will be.
